ASAP Sands Outdoor Services had the pleasure of working with Texas Roadhouse on their new construction project at the Cottonwood Mall in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We began the project with the sleeving for the irrigation system around the property so we could get the irrigation pipes under the sidewalks, roadways and in between the islands. Once the sleeving was finished the mainline, drip, timer and planting could move forward. We began in the front bio swells and retention ponds to allow the final grading to be finished before we started  around the building. When we finished the bio swells and retention ponds, we began laying drip, planting and laying rock around the property. ASAP Sands Outdoor Services had an extreme deadline to get this project completed by the finishing date. This deadline was extreme because of some grading issues that caused us to get set back 2 weeks due to the grading issues. We took the project by the horns and pulled thru and met the deadline with hours to spare. We hope they’re as pleased with their landscape installation as we are and hope to work with them on future projects.
