Sprinkler Issues & Problems

System will not turn on or off

• Often times one can try to turn off a system that will not turn off when timer is switched to OFF!  We can fix that issue.  Often times valves are the issue and need to be checked.
• Wires can get cut from digging.  We have a wire tracker and it will tell us where the cuts are located.
• Sometimes an individual station will not turn on or off and we need to check the timer to make sure each zone is getting activated.
• Don’t fall for needlessly replacing an entire zone or completely replacing your system due to something that is easy and inexpensive to repair.  We want long term relationships with customers.

 

Line Breaks, Backflow leaks

We repair lots of drip lines, and sprinkler pvc lines that break over the winter or just wear out.  Often a system just gets old and making repetitive repairs is not of value anymore.  After winter many repairs are needed to fix line breaks, backflows that froze which have not been winterized.  Some backflows need power to wrap heat tape around it to prevent from freezing.  We do not replace the whole backflow but just the parts that froze and save our customers a lot of money.

Timer, electrical issues, sprinkler troubleshooting

Sometimes after digging in the area of a sprinkler system, the wires to the valves get cut.  Unfortunately, where that occurred is not known and we have a wire tracker to help locate the cut wires.  Some commercial properties have a lot of wires below ground and wire tracking can be a challenge.

GOOGLE REVIEW:  We previously had a handyman come out and work on our sprinklers and the performance of the watering system was almost nonexistent; requiring hand watering. Luke and his crew came out and turned it into water heads going in various directions, providing sufficient water to all the plants. Can’t express how PLEASED we are with the job they did!!
